Sadly passed away on November 26th, 2012.
Funeral Service on Thursday, December 6, 2012, 10am, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium. Then afterwards at Tipton Sports and Social Club.
Much loved Husband of Karen, loving Father to Lianne, Matthew and Russell, proud Grandfather of Joshua, Mason, Reece, Chloe and Ellie.
Family flowers only please. Donations to West Midlands County Air Ambulance and Macmillan Cancer Support. Donations will be collected at the Crematorium
