Sadly passed away on November 18, 2012, aged 52 years.

Funeral Service to take place at St Christopher's Roman Catholic Church, Codsall, on Wednesday, December 5, at 11.30am, followed by Cremation, at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, at 12.15pm.
