The Sister and Family of Ada would like to thank Carers Angie, Coral, Kirstie and Danielle, all of the District Nurses, St. Columbus Day Care Centre, Wards 15 and 19 New Cross Hospital for the years of care and attention shown to Adain her years of illness. Also Reverend Helen Duckett for a beautiful Service and everyone who attended.
