Passed away on November 24, 2012, aged 62 years.

A rock to his Wife and Family, building for them the foundations of a privileged life, best Friend and mentor to his Son, inspiration to his Daughter and now the brightest shining star for his Grandchildren.

Remembered forever in the hearts of his Wife Glyn, Daughter Claire, his Son Darren and Daughter-in-law Lisa, Grandchildren Bethanie, Jake, Charley, George and Alex.

A Service to celebrate Philip's life will take place at Gornal Wood Cemetery Chapel, on Wednesday, December 5, at 11am, followed by Interment in Gornal Wood Cemetery.

It was Philip's wish that there is to be no mourning attire worn and no flowers but donations if desired for The Heart and Lung Foundation, for the continued research in Lung Disease would be gratefully appreciated.

A donation box will be provided at the Service.
