Beloved Wife of Patrick, much loved Mom of Sallie, loving Nana to Lydia, Lucia, Lacie and Libbie.

Sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium, on Wednesday, December 5, at 10.20am.
