Passed away suddenly on November 13, 2012, aged 68 years.

Much loved Dad of Adrienne, Michelle, Suzanne and Ian and a dear Grandad.

He will be very sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will take place in Stourbridge Cemetery Chapel, on Thursday, December 6, at 11am, followed by Interment in the Cemetery.
