Passed peacefully away, Friday, November 9, 2012, in Queensland, Australia.

You left our lives unexpectedly, we never had chance to hold your hand, give you one last hug and kiss and say goodbye.

Reunited withyour Soulmate who you have waited so long for, to dance once again.

Our loss is Heaven's gain.

Children Joanne, Michael, Julia, Lee, Jonathan and Victoria.

Grandchildren Lauren, Ben, Jordan, Matt, Jake, Elliot, Harry, Amelia and Daisy.

Great-Grandchildren Kai, Finley, Gabrielle and Noah.

Funeral to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, Friday, November 30, at 2pm.

Donations kindly accepted for The Heart and Lung Centre, New Cross Hospital and Cancer Research.
