Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 20, at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, aged 80 years.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, November 30, at 10.20am.

The Family would like to inviteall to join them afterwards at The Forge (next to Crematorium, 32 Chase Road, Pensnette, Dudley, DY5 4TS).
