Phyllis Mary
Of Cannock passed away on November 10, 2012 aged 88 years.
She was the much loved Mother of Terry, Alan, Pauline, Ian and Colin and will always be remembered by her Family and Friends.
Everyone is welcome at her Funeral at St Stephen's Church, Cannock on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 11am, followed by Cremation at Stafford Crematorium.
