My Dearest Auntie Wendy, my Godmother my Grandmother, I know that you did not want to leave us but I am glad you are finally free from pain. As I told you may you ride on the wings of the butterflies who have guided you to your peace and salvation. My gift from fate I love you. How you have filled my twenty eight years with so much love, life and laughter. So many memories that would become an epistle if written down! I will forever keep them in my heart where you have always belonged. Friday, our day, will never be the same yet I have a feeling you will be walking beside us. Looking at our photos how happy we were together shines through as does our love. That love will sustain me for the rest of my days. Your strength and determination have always been an inspiration and I will try to follow your example. Thank you my dearest Auntie Wendy for loving me unconditionally, for never trying to change who I am, for supporting me through the difficult times and for filling my soul with a plethora of indescribable beauty. My Edwardian lady of flowers may your memory bloom and grow forever. I love you with all my heart and that is something that can never be changed or forgotten.
