Sadly passed away Tuesday, November 13, at home with is Family, aged 60.
Cremation at West Chapel, Bushbury Crematorium, Friday, November 23, at 11am.
Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts.
Mom, Dad, Daughter Gillian,Steve, Bobbie, Frances, Sue, Bill, Dale, Karen, Phill, Nic and Lauren.
