HOCKHAM Patricia. Passed away peacefully at Arboretum Nursing Home, on November 10, 2012, aged 72 years. Dearly loved and sadly missed by Son Matthew, Daughter Jayne, In-laws, Grandchildren, Family and Friends. Funeral Service to take place onNovember 23, 11.15am, St. John's Methodist Church, Bloxwich, followed by Cremation at Streetly Crematorium. Family flowers only by request donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Support UK c/o Andrew Walsh Funeral Directors. Bloxwich.
