Anne

I would like to thank all Family and Friends who helped Sarah, Daniel, Gav and myself celebrate Anne's life on Friday, November 9.

I would personally like to thank all the girls from St Giles Care Agency for their professionalism and care they gave to Anne and the many laughs we had together, also all the Staff from St Giles' Hospice, especially Helen Cupples and Fran Parrott for not only supporting Anne but for all the support you gave to me.

Thank you to Lisa Robinson and all the District Nursing Team from Hednesford Valley for all their help in the care they gave to Anne.

I would also like to thank Dr I.B. Bhatt and his Staff and all the Staff at the Northwood Pharmacy in Chasetown for all the help and assistance they gave Anne and myself.

Through your generous donations we collected œ740 for St Giles' Hospice.
