Passed away November 9, 2012, aged 84 years.
Reunited with beloved Wife Gladys. Much loved and sadly missed Father of Philip and Andrew.
Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, November 20, at St James' Methodist Church, Pensnett,at 2.30pm, followed by the Committal Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired, to be divided between The Dudley Group Of Hospitals Charity and Mary Stevens Hospice.
