Dawn Sadly passed away at New Cross Hospital on August 7, 2019, aged 54 years.

Dawn will be missed by her loving Sons Alex and Luke and Granddaughter Lily.

Funeral Service arranged for Friday, August 30 at St Anthony's RC Church, Fordhouses, 11.15am, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, 12 noon.

Family flowers only.
