Phyllis Phyllis passed away on June 23, 2019, aged 87 years.

Funeral to be held at St. Leonard's Church, Bilston on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Hall Green Cemetery.

Flowers welcome, or donations in memory of Phyllis made payable to Alzheimer's UK can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.

Sadly, missed by Son Leslie (Ben), Daughter Wendy and all their Families.
