Joanne Louise Sadly passed away on June 2, aged 53 years.

Funeral Service will take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Monday, July 8, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only.

At the request of the Family, bright colours to be worn.

Donations in memory of Joanne will be given to a charity chosen by the Family and may be given at the Service.
