Lee Martin Sadly passed away at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, aged 62 years. The Funeral Service is to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Monday, July 1, 2019, at 4.10pm.
