JACKSON Carol Ann, Formerly Morgan, nee Phipps.

Of Amblecote, passed away suddenly on November 1, 2012, aged 64 years. Dearly loved and very sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium, on Friday, November 16, at 11am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired for the High Dependency Unit at Russells Hall Hospital c/o Farmer and Son, Funeral Directors, 82 High Street, Wordsley, DY8 5SB

All welcome at the Royal Oak, Stourbridge for refreshmentsfollowin g the Service.
