Passed away at Russells Hall Hospital, on October 23, 2012, aged 82 years.

Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 11am.

Derek will be sadly missed by Wife Pat, his Children andGrandchildren.
