BAILEY David.
Passed away in hospital on April 4, 2019, aged 69 years.
David will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at St Marks Church, Great Wyrley at 1.15pm followed by Committal at Streetly Crematorium West Chapel at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please.
