(Jones) Hazel passed away peacefully aged 92 on March 9, 2019. Sadly missed by Daughter Julie, Granddaughters Gemma and Stephanie, and Great-Grandchildren Jake, Ella, Lucy and Harry.

Funeral at 1pm Thursday, April 4, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Acorns Children's Hospice.
