The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Sandwell Crematorium, at 4pm.

Thank you for everything you did for us your love was selfless and unconditional. You were the most amazing dad and it is an honour to call myself your daughter. There's a hole in my world now that will always be empty. Forever loved, missed and remembered. Love you always from your daddy's girl Paula xx
