Passed away peacefully on October 25, 2012, aged 52 years.
Funeral Service to take place on Monday, November 5, 2012, at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, at 3.30pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Compton Hospice.
A donation box will be provided at the Service.

How blessed was I to have one as good as you, sharing laughter and tears, making dreams come true.
