DICKENS Donald. Passed away on December 29, 2018, aged 82 years. Funeral to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Donald made payable to Connected Palliative Care Hub at Sandwell Hospital can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
