Passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018, aged 94 years.

Sadly missed by his life long Friend Carole and all his wonderful Friends and Family.

Funeral at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, January 18, at 2.50pm.

Donations in memory of Philip for Marie Curie Nurses, are being gratefully accepted by J T Brookes & Co, Mount Pleasant, Brierley Hill or flower bulbs for his garden which he would love.
