THOMAS Phyllis, nee Edwards. Phyllis, beloved Wife of Len, 68 years married , Mother of Pauline and Mother-in-law of Roger, Grandmother of Elizabeth and Richard and Great-Grandmother of Samuel. Sadly passed away on December 23, 2018. aged 92 years. Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, on Thursday, January 17, 2019, followed by Committal at 10.30am.
