Annie A much loved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grand- mother and Great-Great-Grandmother.

Sadly passed away on December 17, aged 98 years.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Tuesday, January 15, at 12.20pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired, in memory of Annie for The Air Ambulance will be collected at the Service.

Annie was a special lady who was truly loved and will be greatly missed by all of her Family and Friends.
