Will be deeply missed and forever loved by Daughter Julie, Son Mark and Wife Debbie, Grandchildren Kelly, Dave, John, Andrew and Wife Dee and Great-Grandchildren Sam, Ben, Emmie and Ayda.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Friday, December 21, at 9am.
