(Kate) Sadly passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2018, peacefully at Compton Care, aged 79 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Friday, December 21, 2018, at 12.30pm.

Wearing of black clothing is not required.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired for Compton Care c/o Mom We have had joy, laughter and tears, so many memories we have shared, all are locked safely in our hearts never to be forgotten.
