Passed away on Friday, October 19, 2012, aged 78 years.
Much loved and will be sadly missed by his Wife Jacqueline, Sons Jonathan and Andrew, Daughter-in-law Beverley and Grandchildren Alice and George.
The Funeral Service is to be held on Friday, November 2, 2012, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 9.40am.
