Passed away suddenly on October 10, 2012, aged 67 years.

Beloved Husband, Father, Father-in-law and Grandfather, will be so sadly missed.

The Funeral Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium, (West Chapel), on Friday, October 26, 2012, at 2.30pm.

Family flowers only.
