Reception into St Anthony's RC Church, Bee Lane, Wolverhampton, on Monday, October 29, at 4.30pm.
Funeral Mass to be held on Tuesday, October 30, at 10am.
Family flowers only, by request, donations if desired payable to Urology Ward A31, New Cross Hospital.
