Much loved Mom of Tracy, Shaun and Richard, Mother-in-law to Mark and Jackie, dearly loved Nan of Beth, Dominic, Kade, James and Shona.

Passed away on October 5, 2012, aged 70 years.

Reception into Our Lady of Perpetual Succour RC Church, Cannock Road on Thursday, October 25, at 5.30pm.

Funeral Service to take place on Friday, October 26, at 10.30am.
