Derek John Passed away peacefully on September 2, 2018, aged 76 years.

Derek was much loved and will be missed dearly by all of his Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Bethel Methodist Church, Cannock at 1pm, followed by a Burial at Stile Cop Cemetery at 2pm.
