Alan Sadly passed away at Russells Hall Hospital on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, aged 67 years.

Dearly loved Husband to Pat, Father to John and Claire and Grandad to Katie.

Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Wednesday, August 22 at 12.20pm.

I held your hand as you slipped away, until you were resting peacefully.
