Passed away on May 25, 2018, aged 75 years.
Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Wednesday, June 27 at 1.30pm.
Donations to RSPB.
Will be sadly missed by Lorraine, Peter, Tracey and Families.
