Sadly passed away on, June 7, 2018, aged 61 years.
Mandy will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service is to take place at Gornal Wood Cemetery Chapel on Tuesday, June 26, at 2.10pm, followed by Interment in the cemetery.
