Along the lane of memory I wander, now and then, I see your smile, I touch your hand, you're with me once again.

We walk together, hand in hand, the hedgerow sweet with dew. My memories are all happy ones of when our love was new.

Our laughter filled the morning air, the whole world shared our joy. When I was young and innocent and you were just a boy.

Now, though I walk the lane alone, 'neath, sometimes, cloudy skies, I know you're always there with me, for true love never dies.

You were such a unique and special man.

You were admired and respected wherever you went.

You would light up a room.

You were our rock.

You taught me so many things, by word and deed, how to appreciate life's true values.

Youdisplayed qualities I can only hope to achieve.

A kind, loyal and loving heart.

If you were here today, you would say, 'look at life with eyes that see the best things, not the bad'.

Cherishing in your memory, the good times, so many that we had.

I was privileged to have shared my life with you, I know I will miss you forever.
