Passed away May 22, 2018, in The Alexander Hospital, Redditch, aged 52 years.
Will be sadly missed by Mom, Brother Paul, Auntie Denise and Cousin Christopher.
Funeral Service to be held June 14, 2018, at The English Martyrs Church, 12.45pm.
Special thanks to Jean, Michelle, Caroline and all the Staff at Miles House, Redditch and F.P. Gaunts Funeral Directors.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for caring for Patrick.
