Passed peacefully away on May 08, 2018, aged 95 years.

Funeral to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at 3.30pm.

No black to be worn, as requested.Family flowers only please.

Sorrow comes in great waves but it rolls over us and though it may smother us, it passes and we remain.

Donations in memory of Jack made payable to SSAFA can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.

No one heard the footsteps of the Angels drawing near, who took you up to Heaven the Dad so very dear.
