Funeral Service to be held at St. John's Church, Upper Church Lane, Tipton, on Friday, May 25, 2018, at 11.15am, followed by Committal at Sandwell Valley Crematorium.

Family flowers only please.

Donations in memory of David, made payable to Your Trust Charity, to benefit Haematology Services at Sandwell Hospital, can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
