Raymond Thomas
Passed away September 15, 2012, aged 82 years.
Will be sadly missed by Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held on Thursday, September 17, at St Mark's Church, Ocker Hill at 2.15pm followed by Committal at Sandwell Valley Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired made payable to The Alzheimer's Society will be gratefully accepted by
