Passed away peacefully on May 1, 2018, aged 58 years.

Will be sadly missed by Wife Deborah, Daughters Melissa, Natasha and Lydia and all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, May 22 at Gornal Wood Crematorium at 2.50pm.

Flowers accepted, however, to contribute to a more lasting tribute, donations are welcomed for Simon's Memorial. A donation box will be provided at the Service.

To honour Simon's life, the Family ask that bright and floral clothing is worn.
