Passed away in Russells Hall Hospital, on April 26, 2018, aged 63 years.

Will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, on Friday, May 18, 1pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired for PSP Association, for which purpose a collection box will be available at the Crematorium.
