Passed away peacefully at Ashcroft Hollow Nursing Home on September 12, 2012, aged 88 years. Lovingly remembered by Wife Cei, Daughter Margaret, Son Les and all their Families.

The Funeral Service will take place at Stafford Crematorium on Tuesday, September 25, at 11.30am and afterwards at The Constitutional Club, Heath Hayes.

You could not meet a nicer man than Leslie William Bates and surely he has a place inside those pearly gates, he was held in high esteem by everyone he met and we know he is someone that no one will forget.
