Sadly passed away on August 25, aged 68 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Tuesday, September 18, at 11am.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses.

If we could have alifetime wish and one dream that could come true, we would pray to God with all our hearts just to see and speak to you. A thousand words won't bring you back, we know because we've tried and neither will a million tears, we know because we've cried. You've left behind our broken hearts and precious memories too but we never wanted memories, we only wanted you.

Your brokehearted Wife Ann, Daughters Emma and Sharon, Sons-in-law Ken and Darren, Brother-in-law Darren.

You've earnedyour place in Heaven Grandad, after all that you've been through, we wish we could have helped you but there was nothing we could do. Peacefully sleeping, now out of pain, we would not wake you up to see you suffer again.

We love you to the moon and back Grandad.
