Passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 11, 2018, at Stoke University Hospital, aged 64 years.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place on Monday, March 5, 2018, 3.15pm at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel.

Family flowers only but donations if desired to Prostate Cancer.
