Passed away at New Cross Hospital on August 22, 2012, aged 59 years.

Funeral to be held at Bushbury Crematorium on Monday, September 3, at 10am.

Family flowers only, donations to Breast Cancer Care.

Many thanks to Doctor Ramachandra and all the Staff on The Deansley Ward at New Cross Hospital for all their loving care and attention.

We sat beside your bedside and held your hand with love, we stroked your hair with tenderness. Although our hearts were breaking we knew youcould not stay, you fought for life with courage, in each and every way but no more suffering, no more pain, goodnight, God bless until we meet again.
