Passed away on August 16, 2012, leaving behind Wife Joan, Son Steven and Daughter Carole.

The Funeral is to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium, on Friday, August 31, 2012, at 10.20am, followed by a Wake which is being held at Crestwood Public House, Lapwood Avenue, Kingswinford.

Donations to Georgina Ward at Russells Hall Hospital.

I sat beside your bedside not knowing what to do, I held your hand and kissed your lips and told you I loved you.

It broke my heart to lose you but you didn't go alone for part me went with you on your final journey home.

You always done your best for me no matter what it was, so now your painful days are over and your restless nights have gone.

I will miss you more and more, till we are together again, so God bless and goodnight my love.

We held you while you suffered and was there when you passed away, although our hearts were breaking we knew you couldn't stay.

God chose you to be my Dad and now he's took you back, so God bless, goodnight and rest well.
